Search and apply to register - We will undertake a search to determine if it could be viably argued that your proposed trade mark infringes any existing third party rights.  If registration is possible we will proceed to apply to register your proposed trade mark.  If you wish to apply to register a trade mark, we strongly advise that you select this option.
